Olympian Inspires Year 9 Students

Year 9 students were fortunate to welcome Winter Olympian Nick Timmings during a recent PDHPE lesson. Nick, who competed in the high-speed sport of Skeleton at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, shared his journey as part of the Olympics Unleashed program.

He spoke about the importance of resilience, goal-setting, and pushing through challenges—offering students a valuable insight into the mindset of an elite athlete.
